We operate as a service provider and operating partner.

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

E-commerce performance depends on numerous factors, including market conditions, marketplace policies, competition, consumer behavior, product availability, account performance, advertising performance, and other factors outside our control.

ECOM WOLFS LLC does not guarantee profits, revenue, income levels, sales volume, marketplace rankings, account performance, or any specific financial outcome.

Past performance, case studies, examples, testimonials, projections, or previous results are not guarantees of future performance.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information required for onboarding and operations.
• Provide necessary account access where applicable.
• Maintain active and valid payment methods.
• Maintain sufficient working capital where required for your business operations.
• Comply with marketplace policies and applicable laws.
• Review reports, notices, and communications provided by our team.
• Promptly notify us of material changes affecting your marketplace accounts or business.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay, limit, or otherwise affect the services we are able to provide.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

• All applicable fees will be disclosed before service engagement.
• Fees may include setup fees, management fees, service fees, commissions, or other mutually agreed charges.
• Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
• Payments must be made according to the payment terms agreed between ECOM WOLFS LLC and the client.
• Late, declined, disputed, or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Clients remain responsible for amounts incurred before suspension or termination.

Any additional services outside an agreed scope may require additional fees and written approval.

All content available through the ECOM WOLFS LLC website, including but not limited to:

• Text
• Graphics
• Branding
• Logos
• Website designs
• Processes
• Documentation
• Strategies
• Templates
• Training materials
• Other proprietary materials

is owned by ECOM WOLFS LLC or its applicable licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, license, or otherwise use proprietary ECOM WOLFS LLC content without prior written authorization.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during the business relationship.

Confidential information may include:

• Business information
• Account information
• Operational procedures
• Financial information
• Customer information
• Marketplace data
• Business strategies
• Credentials and account access information

Confidential information may be disclosed where required by law, court order, regulation, or another legally binding requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ECOM WOLFS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

This may include, without limitation:

• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Marketplace account restrictions or suspensions
• Platform policy changes
• Loss of data
• Third-party service interruptions
• Changes in marketplace algorithms or requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECOM WOLFS LLC's aggregate liability for a claim relating to its services will not exceed the amount of fees paid by the client to ECOM WOLFS LLC during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
